Will you please STOP annoying your little brother ?!?

Do your teens annoy their younger siblings purposely? I think … they are just bored and try to find something to amuse themselves. Tormenting their younger brother or sister looks as though it is truly amusing to them. The sad part is that I find that I need to threaten them before they actually stop.
Don’t make me go there!
If you don’t stop this instant … I will …
Wait ’til I tell your Dad …
Any of these sentences sound familiar? Do any of you moms have any tips you could share - on how I can minimize this stressful situation? My husband tells me to - “Let them be” - maybe I should! I should give me a “TIME OUT” as my friend Aurelia says - “You gotta take the occassional time outs for your self to keep sane.”
Moms deal with so much each day - “Time Outs” will help us rejuvenate ourselves so we can be ready to face the reality of Mommy Life.

Wonderful post Marie = I swear that bothing a younger brother is almost like an Olympic Sport !
I usually get to the bottom of the disturbance, make the offending person apologize and retire EVERYONE to separate corners and then I take a Time out!!
