Parenting My Teen Podcast - have you tuned in yet?

My friend, Aurelia Williams launched her Parenting my Teen Podcast today, Sept. 18 - I am sooooo excited and happy for her. She did an awesome job and I am so proud of her. If you have a teen - or know of any mom who has teen children - you gotta listen to the podcast. You can listen by clicking here.
This week her topic is Teen Depression - such an important issue - I just finished listening to the show and it had great information. The show is short but informative - so you can listen while you work or you can download the mp3 and listen to it later.
